By using the Service, you acknowledge that participation in bar tours and related activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the consumption of alcohol, potential for overconsumption, traveling between venues (on foot, by car, or public transport), and exposure to unfamiliar environments or individuals. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Bar Crawl LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.
6.2 Venue Availability
The Service may provide information about bars, pubs, or restaurants (collectively, “Venues”). Bar Crawl LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the current status, hours of operation, availability, or capacity of any Venue. It is the user’s responsibility to verify whether a Venue is open, accessible, or able to provide service.
6.3 No Liability for Intoxication
Bar Crawl LLC is not responsible for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, disputes, or legal infractions. You are fully responsible for your level of intoxication, decisions made under the influence, and for arranging safe transportation.
6.4 No Transportation or Security Services
Bar Crawl LLC does not provide transportation or security. You are responsible for arranging your own travel between Venues and ensuring your personal safety. If you consume alcohol, always consider using a taxi, ride-share service, or appointing a designated driver.
7. Limitations of Liability and Warranties
7.1 No Liability for Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bar Crawl LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.
7.2 “As-Is” and “As-Available” Basis
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Bar Crawl LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or performance of the Service or any information provided through it.

Bar Crawl LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party, including but not limited to Venues and other users of the Service. 8. User Content and Interactive Features
8.1 User Content License
By posting or submitting content (“User Content”) to the Service, you grant Bar Crawl LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights.
8.2 Conduct in Interactive Spaces
Certain features of the Service may allow you to interact with other users (e.g., group chat, forum, or messaging). You agree to use these features in a responsible manner, refrain from harassing or malicious behavior, and comply with all applicable laws.
9. Indemnification

- Your consumption of alcohol or participation in any bar crawl, including but not limited to any injuries, damages, or legal infractions.

10. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
Bar Crawl LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events or conditions beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, or other unforeseen events that make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to operate the Service or for Venues to remain open.
