What is a Bar Crawl?
A bar crawl is a fun activity where a group of people visit multiple bars in a single night, grabbing drinks and enjoying the atmosphere at each stop. It’s all about the thrill of exploring new places, having a good time with friends, and seeing who can handle the challenge of a full night out!
With the BarCrawl App, we’ve taken this classic experience to the next level. Our app guides your group from one bar to the next, throwing in trivia questions at each stop while you track your drinks. Compete with your friends on the leaderboard for most drinks and correct answers, turning a regular night out into a fun and friendly competition.

How many tickets should I buy?
One ticket for each player. At checkout adjust the quantity to the number of people playing
What do I do after purchase?
You will receive and email with a link to create your group. After creating a group you will be able to share a join code or enter a player's email to send them an invite link from the group lobby in the app.
How do my friends join my group?
To join a group you will need either a join code or an invite link. The group leader can send and invite link from the group lobby by entering your email.
If you have a join code, go to the app join page and enter the 6 digit join code. You will then receive an email with a link to create your account and join
How long does a Bar Crawl last?
A typical Bar Crawl is 5 locations with 10 trivia questions at each stop. The trivia will likely take around 10 minutes to complete. Depending on how long you stay at each bar, the whole Bar Crawl can last 2-3 hours.
What if I bought the wrong number of tickets?
If you made the purchase within 48 hours you can simply refund the purchase and re-purchase the correct number of tickets. For purchases older than 48 hours, contact support with the group id you received in the confirmation email
How do I request a refund?
Purchases can be refunded instantly within 48 hours of purchase.

If you already started the Bar Crawl, the purchase is non-refundable.

Game Rules
Game Play
1. Before starting the Bar Crawl, assemble your group and meet at the starting location. Make sure all members have joined the game. The Group Leader must press start to begin the game
2. At each stop everyone will have a list of questions in their app. Each question can only be answered by one member. Once a player answers a question, it disappears from everyone else's quiz.
3. As you order drinks, press the track drinks button in the bottom right corner.
4. Once all questions have been answered, press the next button and proceed to the next location.
Repeat steps 2 - 4 until the Bar Crawl is complete
At the end of the bar crawl see stats about your group's trivia answers and drinks!
Tips
You can change your user name in the app in the account setting. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the app
The group name can be changed in the group lobby before the game starts
